Feedback is collected in 184 problem areas in 9 categories: Powertrain, I.T., Driving assist tech, Features, Climate, Seats, Exterior & Interior condition, and Driving skills.

Kia ranked on top with 145 problems per 100 vehicles in the mass-market category.

With in-depth consumer data analysis, J.D. Power rules out which makes & models are the most & least troublesome to their owners.
