Honda will stop the production of the Insight Hybrid Sedan in June to focus on the new Civic Hybrid and its other hybrid model lineups

Insight Hybrid Sedan is based on a previous-generation Honda Civic body style but is a more upscale hybrid with unique styling.

Insight comes with a 1.5L V4 engine producing 151hp and offering 52mpg combined.

Honda Insight can attain a top speed of 107mph & accelerate to 60mph in 13 seconds.

Honda also announced its plan to launch a new version of the CR-V Hybrid by the end of 2022, followed by the Accord Hybrid.

Honda has also discontinued the Clarity Plug-In Hybrid after the model year 2021

The Indiana factory that currently builds the Insight will focus on CR-V, CR-V Hybrid, & Civic Hatchback production.

Honda is changing its strategy to maximize its focus on hybrid variants of its core models for better future sales.
